MCV was founded by Joe Mehra, P.E.,P.T.O.E., President. He has over thirty years of experience in the areas of transportation planning, traffic impact studies, traffic engineering and environmental planning. His experience includes local, state, federal government and the private sector. He has managed and contributed to projects requiring multi-disciplinary teams and multi-year assignments. The scope of studies have ranged from small site access studies to statewide and national level studies.
